About Yaqubs
This website is operated by YAQUBSLOGISTICS LTD, company number 15887710. The business operates under the Yaqubs Logistics name and uses the YAQZ Bodyworks and YAQZ Vans trading styles for relevant services.
General enquiries: info@yaqubslogistics.com.
1. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our business, view advertised vehicles, make recruitment applications, submit bodyshop enquiries and contact the relevant Yaqubs team. You must use the website lawfully and must not attempt to interfere with its operation, security, admin area, databases or file storage.
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, business changes or legal compliance.
2. Website information is not automatically a contract
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, information displayed on this website is provided to help you make an enquiry. Submitting a form, sending a WhatsApp message, making a call, requesting a viewing or asking for a repair assessment does not by itself create a contract, reserve a vehicle, guarantee a job or confirm a repair booking.
Any final transaction or working relationship may be subject to additional written terms, checks, confirmations, invoices, quotations or agreements. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
3. Vans for Sale
- Vehicle listings are advertisements and invitations to enquire. They are not an online checkout or automatic offer capable of acceptance through the website.
- Availability can change. A vehicle shown as available may be reserved or sold before the website is updated. A vehicle is not reserved for you unless Yaqubs confirms this separately.
- Prices, VAT treatment, mileage, specifications, equipment, condition descriptions and photographs are provided in good faith from the information available to us. You should confirm any detail that is important to your decision before purchasing.
- Photographs are illustrative of the particular advertised vehicle where stated, but screen display, lighting and image compression can affect appearance. You should inspect the vehicle and relevant documents before purchase.
- Where a price is shown as “+ VAT”, VAT is payable in addition at the applicable rate. Other VAT descriptions should be confirmed with us before purchase.
- Any sale will be governed by the separate sale documentation supplied at the time. Your statutory rights, including any rights that apply to consumers, are not excluded by these website terms.
4. Bodyshop & repair enquiries
- The online form is a request for an assessment, not an automatically issued quotation and not an instruction to begin repairs.
- Photographs and descriptions can help with a preliminary assessment but may not show hidden, structural or additional damage. A final scope, price and timescale may require physical inspection and written confirmation.
- You must have the right to provide any photographs and vehicle information you submit and should avoid including unrelated personal information in images.
- A repair booking or contract arises only when scope, price/charging basis and any relevant collection/return arrangements are separately confirmed.
- The website describes accident, bodywork and cosmetic repair capabilities. It should not be treated as an offer of MOT testing, routine servicing, tyre services or general scheduled mechanical maintenance unless we separately confirm such work.
5. Recruitment and applications
- Role, pay, training, route, working-pattern and eligibility information is provided for recruitment purposes and remains subject to individual review and final confirmation.
- Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, contractor relationship, guarantee of work or guarantee of acceptance.
- You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and not misleading. We may ask you to verify eligibility, driving history, right-to-work or other relevant information later in the process where lawful and necessary.
- The website application does not ask you to upload licence photographs, banking details, passwords or background-check documents. Do not place such information in free-text fields.
- Application answers are reviewed individually. The website does not make a final recruitment decision solely by automatically rejecting or accepting an applicant from the answers submitted through the public form.
6. WhatsApp, telephone, email and sharing links
Website buttons may open your phone, email application, WhatsApp or a device sharing function. These services are operated by third parties or by your device provider. Their own terms, privacy practices, availability and any network/data charges may apply.
Prefilled WhatsApp text is provided for convenience and can be edited before you send it. A message is not sent until you choose to send it using WhatsApp.
7. Information and materials you submit
You must not submit unlawful, abusive, malicious or deliberately misleading content, malware, or personal information about another person unless you have a legitimate reason and authority to provide it. By submitting photographs or other material for an enquiry, you give us permission to use that material as reasonably necessary to assess, respond to and administer that enquiry.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, copy, branding, graphics and other website materials are owned by or licensed to YAQUBSLOGISTICS LTD. You may view and use the website for your personal or legitimate business enquiry, but you must not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit our materials without permission except where the law allows it.
9. Accuracy, availability and security
We take reasonable care over website content and security, but websites can experience errors, outages, delayed updates and third-party service failures. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. If you notice an important error in a vehicle listing, service description or application page, please contact us so it can be checked.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by reasonable reliance on website information that was clearly stated to require confirmation, by third-party communication services, or by events outside our reasonable control. Any liability arising from a vehicle purchase, repair service or working arrangement will also be governed by the separate terms that apply to that relationship.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information submitted through recruitment, bodyshop and other website interactions.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms where the website, services or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies to use of the website from its stated update date. Separate contracts already entered into remain governed by their own agreed terms.
13. Governing law
These website Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, nothing in this clause removes any mandatory rights or court protections available to you under applicable law.
14. Contact
